Our Harsh Environment 9000 Series Chair is built to withstand rigorous environments with as much ergonomic comfort as possible.
The seat and back of the Harsh Environment Chair are composed of polyurethane foam, a standard non-corroding material, shaped for comfort and durability.  The Autonomous Tilt control allows for adjustments of the back angle, back height, seat angle and seat height – all of the ergonomic features that you would see in a good production chair.
We also take special care to cover metal parts such as the control mechanism, back upright, handles, and cylinder.  Even the threaded knobs and caster stems are made of stainless steel.
The Harsh Environment Chair can withstand the harsh environments and cleaning methods inherent to many industries, without sacrificing ergonomics.
